Boiler installation & service

A boiler is a whole system.

It’s the circulators, zone valves, expansion tank, air separator, low water cutoff and every run of copper and PEX in between. Most breakdowns come from one of those parts, not the boiler itself.

We troubleshoot the whole loop, so a no-heat call ends with the actual fix and a system that’s purged, balanced and quiet.

How we do it

Radiant floors, laid before the pour.

Radiant tubing set in a slab turns the whole floor into the heater. It’s a favorite for shops, garages and pole buildings, where warm concrete beats blowing hot air at a high ceiling.

Our job photos include a full pole building floor of red PEX tied to mesh and ready for concrete, and boiler rooms piped in copper with a zone valve for every loop.

  • Had them put in a new Helix Dunkirk boiler and couldn't ask for better service. Would have them install and new one if I ever need a new one. Hope not but never can tell. Great job Brent and Brad.

Questions

What boiler owners ask us.

Still not sure? Call (989) 305-5490 and ask. We’re open 24 hours.

My boiler is running but some rooms are cold. Why?

Usually a stuck zone valve, a failed circulator or air trapped in the loop. We check each zone and purge the system.

Can you replace just the boiler and keep my baseboard?

In most cases, yes. We check the existing piping and emitters and size the new boiler to the house, not to the old boiler’s label.

Do you service older cast iron boilers?

Yes. We service and repair older boilers and tell you plainly when one is worth keeping.
